Contact us by using the contact form below to schedule your one on one consultation. This consultation takes about an hour and you will get an explanation of the CrossFit methodology and do your first workout.
Consultations are low pressure and always free of charge.
Contact us if you would rather drop in to participate in a class or observe a workout and meet the coaches.
Open to all skill levels, ages, and abilities.
At your first workout:
Wear athletic shoes and apparel. After getting a tour of the gym and information about the methods of CrossFit, you will start on the basic warm up, and then the workout.
Your coach will teach you all the movements you need to know.
After your first workout:
New-to-CrossFit members are required to attend our CrossFit Prep Course. These four 1-hour sessions will teach you the techniques you need, build up your fitness level, and prepare you to join the regular group workouts.
