Announcement:

Monday 9/1 there will be one CrossFit class (9am). Fitness Experience will be open 7am to 1pm. There is no child care available. Expect a killer workout!

Extended Warm Up:

1) Muscle Snatch, 5x1 (use weight from last week's doubles)
2) Snatch + Overhead squat + hang power snatch + overhead squat, 5 sets
3) Clean + front squat + hang power clean, 4 sets
4) Push Press + Push Jerk + Jerk, 3 sets
