Complete 400m Sandbag run at some point during your warm up

Extended Warm Up:

1a) 3x500m row, record times for each--go all out, and try to keep times within 10 seconds of each other.

1b) Complete 30 push ups in between rows

Workout Of The Day:

Overhead squat (or front squat if needed) - 12x3 @ 50% of 1RM
