1) 15 minutes to find max deadlift

2a) 200m Prowler push (95/unloaded) 

2b) 2x15 Banded Good Mornings

Workout Of The Day:

3 rounds for time; 

50m Farmer's Walk with 2 KBs or DBs

30 Burpees with big jump (as high as you can!)
