     3 each leg OH lunge, 45/25

Workout Of The Day:

EMOM for 21 minutes, Alternating between;

     30 second L Hang

     4x LOG bear crawl

     16 CSLDL with KB

Cool Down:

JumpNRope Challenge

For time (as many attempts as you want)

30 single jumps

30 backwards jumps

30 double unders
