Movement practice with different objects. Attempt to complete 3x15 reps of overhead squat with a plate (45/25).

Workout Of The Day:

Overhead squat;

2 reps every 45 seconds for 7:30 (22 reps),
Then;
5x1 reps every 100 seconds

Cash Out: 

Row sprints 6x60 seconds
