Extended Warm Up:

2 rounds
15 shoulder swims
10 single leg mountain climbers in plank position
10 Standing counter rotation press, each side

Workout Of The Day:

Partner workout, cycle though in 15 minutes
AMRAP double unders while partner is in Handstand
AMRAP squats while partner holds chin over bar
AMRAP row while partner holds deadlift (135 lbs)
