Day 14 of Turkish Get Up Challenge: 6 Reps each side

Spend 10 minutes getting upside down. Handstand, HSPUs, alternating shoulder taps, lateral walks, HS walks, etc. Play around a bit.

Workout Of The Day:

5 rounds for time

10 Burpees over box
15 Med Ball Cleans
400m Run
