Extended Warm Up:

Gym tour - learn about all the new equipment

Workout Of The Day:

6 cycles, each round 2 minutes long and is a mini AMRAP.

1st minute

1 Clean + 5 push ups

2nd minute

1 Clean + 5 pull ups

Rest 60 seconds

For example...3,2,1 go! In first 60 seconds do as many rounds as possible 1 clean and 5 push ups, then for 60 seconds do as many rounds as possible of 1 clean and 5 pull ups. Then rest 60 seconds. You completed 1 cycle. Do 6 cycles.
