Modified Bear Complex
5 cycles of 5 rounds
1 round is;
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
Complete 5 rounds (ideally without putting down the barbell). This is not a timed workout. Your score is the maximum weight you lifted. Don't jump up to fast and fail to get 5 rounds, but don't do many rounds at lighter weights and get too fatigued!
Stretching routine with band, or hamstring nerve glide on uprights.
