A: 35/18 lb KB, Ring rows instead of Pull ups, Prone TTB, Push Ups rather than HSPU
B: 53/35 lb KB, strict or banded pull ups, HSPU
C: >53/35 lb KB, Kipping Pull Ups, HSPU
