Friday the 27th will be the last Friday with a 6pm class. Attendance has been super low so that class will be suspended until it is needed again.

Posterior and Anterior Floss w/ band

First Rib 

Workout Of The Day:

Complete for time; 

Lunge 50-40-30-20-10 reps

Press 15-12-10-8-5 reps

Alternate between the two movements
