Rotating EMOM for 21 minutes
Hollow Body Rocks
Double Unders
Front Rack Hold (155/105)

Rotate through each movement on the start of each minute. For example, hollow body rocks from 0 to 1:00, double unders from 1:01 to 2:00, and front rack hold from 2:01 to 3:00, then hollow body rocks again from 3:01 to 4:00
